It was decided on today's call w/ PM that we need to provide package metadata for the redhat-argocd backend package (as well as the front end one we already have). Since both packages are also moving to Community support, we must

• update the current metadata at https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/blob/main/workspaces/redhat-argocd/metadata/backstage-community-plugin-redhat-argocd.yaml#L25 to be Community
• check for other support level statements in https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/tree/main/catalog-entities/marketplace and change to Community
• create new metadata for the backend package in https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/tree/main/workspaces/redhat-argocd/metadata
• include the new metadata file any plugins/*yaml that refer to the RH front end package, eg., https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/blob/main/catalog-entities/marketplace/plugins/redhat-argocd.yaml#L113
