• Playwright tests are added to topology workspace, covering the plugin's dev pages
• a11y checks are added
• tests use translation labels from the plugin
• playwright config is exposed in the root of the workspace, and tests are runnable from the workspace root by running

  yarn playwright test 

  locally and on CI
