As a user of RHDH, I want to use a Software Template with an AI application that uses Llama Stack and other technologies.

Background

We are working on an Agentic AI application that uses Llama Stack RAG and OpenAI APIs for inference calls with a Streamlit frontend.

We would like to make it easy to use on Backstage or RHDH by bootstrapping the Agentic Sample with a Software Template

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a Software Template for the Agentic AI application
• Ensure this Software Template can be used as a standalone Template
  • i.e. current Software Templates owned by DEVAI requires to install RHDH with the installer
  • The installer sets up Pipeline Jobs for setting up the namespace
  • It would be nice to not have this hard dependency on our RHDH installer, so that we can advertise this Template independently
