As an engineer working on RHDH, I want to create a list of models used in AI Rolling Demo environment so that we are able to compare their performance and choose the one that works better for our use case.

Background

This list will help us choose the best model to work with the lightspeed plugin used in the rolling demo, so users will have better experience .
