Task
As an engineer working on RHDH AI, I want to have approved PRs smoothly merged so that we can put more focus on the design, development, and review process.
Once we determine the limits on the Mergify merge queue service are feasible for RHDH AI repositories, we can onboard our repositories to use it to auto merge dependabot and renovate patch PRs.
Background
During developer week, we investigated possible solutions to implement auto merging automation and came across Mergify. The merge queue service does what we need to have an auto merging system that only is needed for dependabot and renovate PRs, GitHub's built-in auto merging lacks this customization.
Dependencies and Blockers
We'll need to first determine if Mergify's legal policy allows us to use their services for open source products (RHIDP-10956).

Acceptance Criteria
