The catalog index feature documentation currently uses examples with CI build images from quay.io/rhdh/plugin-catalog-index:1.9. For the 1.10 release, update all documentation to reference the GA released content on registry.redhat.io.

Current documentation locations to update (rhdh repo):

• docs/dynamic-plugins/installing-plugins.md

• Any other documentation referencing quay.io/rhdh/plugin-catalog-index

Acceptance Criteria:

• All documentation examples use registry.redhat.io instead of quay.io
• Verified that the registry.redhat.io images are available before merging
