Create package metadata for all the plugins in the marketplace / catalog

      Using the generateCatalogIndex.py we can get a list of plugins without catalog entity package yaml files:

      [INFO] 7 plugin(s) without corresponding catalog entity package yaml file - maybe the catalog entity file needs to be renamed?
  - [supported] workspaces/scaffolder-relation-processor/plugins/catalog-backend-module-scaffolder-relation-processor
  - [supported] workspaces/adoption-insights/plugins/adoption-insights
  - [supported] workspaces/adoption-insights/plugins/adoption-insights-backend
  - [supported] workspaces/adoption-insights/plugins/analytics-module-adoption-insights
  - [supported] workspaces/marketplace/plugins/catalog-backend-module-marketplace
  - [supported] workspaces/global-floating-action-button/plugins/global-floating-action-button
  - [supported] workspaces/quickstart/plugins/quickstart

      So, for these 7 plugins we need someone to create the package metadata and where applicable, also update the plugins and/or collections metadata to refer to these packages.
