update package metadata for plugins which are now community

      Go into https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays/ and find the metadata/ folders for the associated packages.

      update the support statements to be COMMUNITY instead of TP or GA.

      repeat for plugin metadata.
