      What are we trying to solve here?

      Remove GA plugin wrappers from RHDH

      Why is this important?

      For the TP plugins which we can build and release with Konflux, it now makes sense to simply REMOVE those wrappers in 1.10 in favour of the oci:// refs to r.r.io (or quay.io)
