Refactor the RHDH Lightspeed plugin to replace all communication with ROADCore with new API calls to LCORE. This includes updating configuration, data handling, and authentication flows.

It officially decouples RHDH Lightspeed plugin from ROADCore, aligning it with the dedicated Lightspeed stack.
