With new changes to Lightspeed Core, conversation history (used to be conversation cache), can now be used. There is a demo here: https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C07N7CR4FFH/p1759183691693269

As part of this issue we need to:

• Add conversation history (use sqlite I think) to lcs-support setup
• Update documentation to have a properly updated lcs config file including the conversation history setup
