Task Description (Required)

For users (developers and customers) to setup a remote clusters, they must go through a complicated process as indicated in here 
We also want documentation in the perspective of RHDH users who will not be installing RHDH every time to set up their environments.
 
Investigate on what the users need to do to set up and deploy software to a remote cluster without having to use RHDH (in the remote cluster).
There should be a proper documentation, or, if time permits, can setup a workflow to configure everything that's needed in one go.
