Task Description (Required)

Upgrade our team's RHOAI instance to 2.25 once it becomes available so that our rolling demo instance of the model registry bridge can make use of it.

Historically, a recreation of the DSC (DataScienceCluster) resource has been need to pick up a new version. Depending on changes, we might also need to recreate the deployed models on the cluster.
