It was decided that we are going to move from a 2-week sprint to a 3-week sprint starting August 28, 2024 with the start of RHDH Sprint 3262. The following items will need to be completed to ensure a smooth transition:

• HAS & Devfile Sprint lengths adjusted to be 3 weeks instead of 2
• Sprint Boss & Triage Maintainer durations updated to 3 weeks
  • Also was agreed upon that we will rotate these responsibilities each sprint moving forward
• Sprint planning calendar event moved to every 3 weeks
• Sprint retrospective announcement moved to every 3 weeks
• Verify if the Team Devfile Robot notifications need to have their logic changed to accomodate 3 week sprints
  • I.e. notifications for Sprint Boss / Triage Maintainer, waiting queue, etc
