Task Description (Required)

We need to investigate what is DevHub IT's stance on using a private GitHub repository in order to host our DevHub migrated team docs under a location our team currently uses which does not require a VPN to access.

This is a fairly important need for our team to consider using TechDocs on DevHub/RHDH versus continuing to use Google Docs for all our material. As a bonus we can also host our team docs on our Team Cluster as well as DevHub if non VPN location is used.
