      Publish the MCP tool plugins being delivered for RHDHPLAN-43 as installable OCI dynamic plugins. Utilize https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays and add the configuration for the mcp-integration workspace (and its plugins ) to that repository
