As a new member of the RHDHPAI team, you need to familiarize yourself with the Backstage codebase and learn about developing plugins.

Tasks

1. Explore and contribute to the upstream Backstage project.
2. Explore the Lightspeed, Marketplace, NPM, and Feedback plugins.
3. Create a "News Navigator" plugin to display the latest news across categories.
4. Develop both frontend and backend plugins for the above feature.
5. Follow the process for creating changesets, etc., to submit a PR to the Backstage community plugin repository.
