Task Description (Required)

The rolling demo currently uses a different branch than the main branch of ai-lab-template.

https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/ai-lab-template/tree/rolling-demo 

The branch is currently behind the latest commit of the main branch.

That said we should rebase the rolling demo branch to the main one and then restart the rollout of the rolling demo RHDH deployment
