Task Description (Required)

We need to make a release or cut a tag on Github for the Software Templates, Template Pipelines, Gitops App and Sample App repositories.

This is to ensure that when we are promoting/showcasing the Templates and its work, we do not disrupt it with changes to the main branch development.

1. Ensure the Pipelines, Templates, Gitops, Sample App and RHDH Installer issues are all addressed (Release process)
2. Sniff E2E test to ensure it looks alright (Release process)
3. Release to be titled 0.9.0 
4. Cut release for the repos mentioned in order
   1. Sample App
   2. Pipelines
   3. Gitops
   4. Templates. Refer the above release branches in the Template release branch ie Template 0.9.0 branch should reference Pipelines 0.9.0 branch and not main for example
   5. Installer Repo
5. Update the release notes on each release
