The scope of this issue is to create a script that allows users to configure a deployed GitOps Operator (and ArgoCD instance) to meet their use case. To accomplish this task we can reference what RHTAP is doing for their configuration:

• https://github.com/redhat-appstudio/rhtap-installer/blob/main/chart/values.yaml

The deployed GitOps Operator & ArgoCD instance will have default values before this configuration.
