Task Description (Required)

Document the mapping between the RHOAI MR and Model Catalog metadata and documentation (e.g. ModelCarD) and the techdocs that we need to display for the catalog entities in RHDH.

Note that the RHOAI team has informed us they cannot enforce standards wrt the outline/structure of the README.md.

Most likely part of this will be that the specific techdoc file names and content of those techdoc files, which correspond to the major heading sections of the README.md (where we convert spaces to hyphens or underscores,) as we convert the ModelCarD/README.md will vary between ModelCarD.

As such, producing a document on our recommendations, in case our users are comfortable with changing the contents of the READMEs stored in the README field of the model catalog entry,

in order to best serve their developers, is also an output of this task.
