This chart will install RHDH without any configuration, i.e. with all default values. This installation of RHDH is intended to be configured with a customization script created in a separate issue.

As part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DEVHAS-752 there should be a new repo created in the AI org that this chart can live within.

The following will need to be accomplished as part of this issue:

1. RHDH installed with default values
