Once e2e test in general are sorted out for RHDH AI, use this task to create refineable stories for introducing e2e's 

Pending building on top of what we do for templates and plugins, as with the release process story, the shipwright CLI and tekton CLI are potentially useful sources for borrowing approaches for use.

• Shipwright uses git submodules and https://github.com/bats-core/bats-core for providing a bash based e2e approach
• Tekton uses minikube/kind in the test VM and/or container.  See https://github.com/tektoncd/cli/blob/main/test/README.md#end-to-end-tests

In general though, running local versions of backstage and where possible the third party sources that can run in minikube/kind or in local form like backstage could allow for running e2e's in github action VMs or Tekton PAC based pipelines.
