Llama stack can be deployed on Kubernetes/OpenShift, and a number of repos provide manifests for doing so (including https://github.com/opendatahub-io/llama-stack-demos/).

We should deploy an instance on Llama stack on our dev cluster to provide a quick and easy way for devs on our team to access an instance, without needing to set one up locally.
