Task Description (Required)

We'll refer to the https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/model-catalog-example repo in our model catalog blog post which is going to used by the customer directly. The existing catalog contains personal information, e.g. our team member name as the owner of the models. We should clean those up and replacing them with factitious names. If we have screen caps exposing those in our blog post, we should replace them with the new names.

As part of this item, we should make sure the content can be consumed by the public.
