Task Description (Required)

As mentioned in the implementation issue (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DEVHAS-668) the goal is to create a software template that will provide a solution with InstructLab (https://github.com/instructlab).

The scope of the current Issue is the investigation around the content of the software template that will be using the instructlab. Any action related with the implementation is out of scope. Some items we need to clarify before implementing the solution should be:

• Will the template assume that instruct lab is already installed in the cluster or it should be included in the image that the template will use.
• Do we need a new template skeleton, or we can use one of the already existing one.
• What exactly we should include in the sample.
