As a user trying to capture analytics data from RHDH I want a frontend module that can hook into the backstage analytics API and sends it to the Insights backend.

Acceptance Criteria (Required)

• Should create a new analytics plugin that can use Backstage Analytics API and send captured events to Insights Backend.
• Should add a dev mode setup with the plugin for testing.

NOTE - We might want to open it up later to add more analytics providers apart from RHDH Insights.
