      Story (Required)

As a user trying to use Software Template for applications like chatbot, codegen, etc.; currently I do not know what Model is being used with the Model Servers.

      Background (Required)

From a UX perspective it would very informational to have this information surfaced to the user so that everyone is aware what Model is currently being used.

      Out of scope

<Defines what is not included in this story>

      Approach (Required)

At the moment, we can expose the Model Name as a field in the Software Template. Maybe it will be extend well to a dropdown if we allow a user to choose a specific Models from a list of Models available.

      Dependencies

<Describes what this story depends on. Dependent Stories and EPICs should be linked to the story.>

      Acceptance Criteria (Required)

      • Model Name should be surfaced in the Software Template
      • Think about how this will look if a user uses the catalog in the future
      • Think about opening an issue with Backstage if documentation doesnt reveal how to do subtexts.
