Story (Required)

As a developer for RHDH plugins, I want to be able to use MUI for creating Insights plugin and its visualization.

Acceptance Criteria (Required)

• Should explore all the available components from MUI and see if it can works with our Insights plugin UX designs.
• Should explore if charting capabilities in MUI are sufficient for our use cases.
• Should explore if PF will be more suitable for our use case.

Notes - 

• PMs will prefer using MUI since the Backstage community uses MUI.

Done Checklist

Code is completed, reviewed, documented and checked in
Unit and integration test automation have been delivered and running cleanly in continuous integration/staging/canary environment
Continuous Delivery pipeline(s) is able to proceed with new code included
Customer facing documentation, API docs, design docs etc. are produced/updated, reviewed and published
Acceptance criteria are met
If the Grafana dashboard is updated, ensure the corresponding SOP is updated as well
