Story (Required)

As a developer i want to start contributing for Insights plugin work. For that we need to bootstrap all the plugins in the community repo with proper codeowners.

Acceptance Criteria (Required)

• Should create a new workspace for insights in community plugins repo.
• Should bootstrap all the plugins in the workspace.
• Should add proper codeowners.
