      Story (Required)

As a  maintainer of ai-lab-helm-charts trying to reduce the time needed for the maintainance of the project I want to investigate potential shared resources between the ai-lab-helm-charts and the ai-lab-template.

      Background (Required)

Regarding the two projects themselves a good point to start could be to investigate the usage of gitsubmodules between the two repositories

Regarding any test resources, at the moment both features are under development (test automations), but once they are in place we could consider using the same resources or at least parts of them for both test automations.

      Out of scope

This is an investigation item, any implementation items should be tracked on separate sub issues under the same epic.

      Approach (Required)

      * As mentioned above we can investigate as a start using git submodules to share code between the bash scripts used across our repos.

      Dependencies

      N/A

      Acceptance Criteria (Required)

      • Investigation results are shared here on in a dedicated doc.
      • Any necessary sub issues are created under the same epic.

<Provides a required and minimum list of acceptance tests for this story. More is expected as the engineer implements this story>

      Done Checklist

Code is completed, reviewed, documented and checked in
Unit and integration test automation have been delivered and running cleanly in continuous integration/staging/canary environment
Continuous Delivery pipeline(s) is able to proceed with new code included
Customer facing documentation, API docs, design docs etc. are produced/updated, reviewed and published
      Acceptance criteria are met
If the Grafana dashboard is updated, ensure the corresponding SOP is updated as well
