Epic Goal
- We need to create a new RHDH AI user experience through multiple enhancements to current UI and adding some new features.
Acceptance Criteria (Mandatory)
- Should create a new RHDH AI plugin that can deliver the AI experience.
- Should create a new Homepage experience for AI suite.
- Should create a new global header that replaces the default header.
- Should add a news section that shows user with latest related news.
- Should explore the idea of reusing the inscope news plugin in some way here.
Dependencies (internal and external)
- Might have some minimal dependencies on inscope team if we decide to reuse their plugin for news feature.

- Non-functional properties of the Feature have been validated (such as performance, resource, UX, security or privacy aspects)
