Currently Lightspeed + Road Core (later Lightspeed Core) utilize a feedback harvester maintained by our team (RHDHPAI). When the Dataverse is completed and we onboard we need to also onboard RHDH Local to utilize this. 

We should ensure that it is clear to users this is in place and most likely provide an easy option to opt-out.
