Task Description (Required)

Currently the kickstart app generates RAG data using the ingestion service https://github.com/rh-ai-quickstart/RAG/tree/dev/ingestion-service and LCORE generates RAG data using https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/rhdh-rag-content and https://github.com/lightspeed-core/rag-content 

Investigate if RAG data generated by either of these can be used the OpenAI/Langchain APIs
