      An NPM org for redhat-ai-dev has been created, configure a GitHub action to automatically publish to it upon a new GitHub release in https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/backstage-template-test/. johnmcollier can add team members to the org as needed.

      https://www.npmjs.com/package/backstage-template-test is the name of the package that should be used when publishing.
