      Task Description (Required)

Currently, our team ROSA cluster hosts an RHDH instance with the Lightspeed plugin installed and configured. https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/rosa-gitops contains the GitOps configurations for both.

Provide a way to allow the Lightspeed plugin to be automatically updated whenever new versions of the plugin are published. The following document provides an outline of how that could be done, but there are any number of ways that this could be achieved. The main requirement is that when a new plugin is published (e.g. to Quay), a commit needs to be made in redhat-ai-dev/rosa-gitops that updates the dynamic plugin config to point to the new plugin.
