Task Description (Required)

We decided that instead of `ai-rhdh` a better name would be `rhdh-ai`. This issue will cover the renaming of all references to `ai-rhdh` to accommodate the change to `rhdh-ai`. This renaming should happen after DEVAI-85 is completed.

As part of this issue you should look to find all references to the old name in the entire `redhat-ai-dev` org https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev

Additionally, after the name change has been added you should test the entire rhdh deployment and deployment of a software template to ensure everything works as it should.

KubeCon Blog post should still be functionally correct.
