Task Description (Required)

Currently, the LLM makes a decision which MCP tool action to call when a query is submitted.

This task does the first investigation if its possible to let users select what MCP tool action to be invoked when submitting a request.

This would require a UI which will list all the possible MCP tools for users to choose from. However, we need to investigate if this is even possible via Llama Stack and LCORE before it is possible via the Lightspeed Plugin UI.
