Task Description (Required)

After our discussions with COPE last week, they suggested that contributing back our MCP tool plugins to community plugins should be fine, provided we're committing to maintaining the plugins long term.

As a result, we should start the process to migrate our MCP plugins to

• Port the plugin code over to BCP
  • Port the plugin and tests over to BCP, and address any issues / ensure they work properly
  • Remove references to redhat-developer and rhdh-plugins in the plugins
• Open a PR, and address any feedback/concerns raised
• Releng:
  • If/when the plugins are merged into backstage/community-plugins, update the references to the plugin in the overlays and plugin marketplace
