Story (Required)
As a user of the redhat-ai-dev/llama-stack repository, I would like to ensure that when changes are made to the lightspeed-stack.yaml or run.yaml files that they are correctly formatted to reduce the chance of errors. A linter should be added so that we can ensure consistent formatting across the files, especially with the sync changes being added that can update the run.yaml file contents.
