As a developer when I create Catalog Components via the AI Software Templates and choose to deploy to RHOAI, I would like to open a Jupyter Notebook pynb file that tells me how to run the application sample

When the sample is opened on the workspace on RHOAI, the user should be able to run the pynb file that guides them on how to run the application.
