RHDHPLAN-223 - [Lightspeed] Spike: AI Flavor Installer

Epic Goal
- Create an installer that is able to standardize our deployment and configuration methods for our various environments
- Personal cluster, local (via Podman/Docker compose), demo environments (rolling-demo, dev-instance)
- Move away from Bash scripts and adopt Go modules
Why is this important?
- Currently we have a multitude of different ways to deploy the same kind of environment, this leads to inconsistencies in testing and makes it harder to maintain the same items across these different environments.
- We will need a compatible way to include integrations within RHDH install methods.
