1. Snippet of test failure
   The loadable module `rtsx_pci_ms.ko` will be remove from rhel-9 via MR.

Here is the reason explained by Desnes:
"This driver has been dropped upstream: https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/d0f459259c13163336242fecca8468be8e543849
