desktop-qe.desktop-ci.tier1-aarch64.functional and desktop-qe.desktop-ci.tier1-ppc65le.functional are failing on exit_using_menu, they are expected to pass.

aarch64 and ppcy64le are failing, due to a recent update to the test to add an offset that fixed the test for x86_64, but it appears to have broken it for ppc64le and aarch64.

When I removed the offset in this fork, and targeted that fork and branch in the beaker job, the test passed on ppc64le and aarch64.

Will need to figure out how to remove the offset conditionally based on arch. I am not sure how to do that yet. The same type of change will need to be applied to rhel-9.2 branch.
