      The test case under "networking/nic/functions/multiqueue" fails with:

      :: [ 06:59:59 ] :: [  BEGIN   ] :: Running 'ethtool -L enp26s0 rx 0 tx 63 combined 1'
      netlink error: Invalid argument
      :: [ 06:59:59 ] :: [   FAIL   ] :: Command 'ethtool -L enp26s0 rx 0 tx 63 combined 1' (Expected 0, got 1)
      :: [ 06:59:59 ] :: [  BEGIN   ] :: Running 'ip link set enp26s0 down'
      :: [ 06:59:59 ] :: [   PASS   ] :: Command 'ip link set enp26s0 down' (Expected 0, got 0)
      :: [ 06:59:59 ] :: [   FAIL   ] :: tx_now:0 should equal tx_max:63 (Assert: '0' should equal '63')

      This does not seem to have much effect on the rest of the test case, but will result in a failure.

      The problem is reproducible on the server side of the test on, at least, 9.4z.
