1. Description

There are a lot of places the default `FALSESTRINGS` may be manipulated and not restore to its default. The default value contains the `DEBUG` string thus it won't be identified as a failure, when people overwrite this param they usually forget to include the `DEBUG` string. This issue is meant to track such failures and each should be addressed individually - either in test case or in the test submit pipeline.
