CKI is planning to remove the support of waived on kpet-db, more details https://gitlab.com/cki-project/infrastructure/-/issues/783

I'm creating this issue as a catch all issue to triage all failures for the test run on rhel <= 9, so we can remove the waived flag without blocking people by this test failure.

Ideally, the failures should be inspected in more details and triaged as separate issues and eventually https://datawarehouse.cki-project.org/issue/3940 can be closed and the regex associated to it removed.

Other option is to disable the test from running on z-stream version that the test will not be fixed.
