      This one could be the same issue with https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/tests/kernel/kernel-tests/-/issues/1830, both are triggered by unsuccessful `sys_perf_event_open`.

      So far this has only been seen on RHEL7.9, given that RHEL7.9 no longer receives non-critical fixes that are not requested by customer, I'm creating this issue to track it internally.
