kernel-rt-debug-kvm failed install in some test, which cause the following error in module diff test:

The reason can not install package success, maybe network issue, I saw message "Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried"

According to the news from rt team, there is no kernel-rt-kvm, then the test case need be updated and skip install the package in module diff test upper than 10.1
