GOAL

Prototype code segments of Performance Co-Pilot archive exporters (pcp2elasticsearch & pcp2json) which will be required in Zathras. Develop a GITHUB repo with this code and consult with PCP and Zathras developers, esp. Dave Valin. 

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

Document and demonstrate PCP export functionality

Scripts properly function on a variety of SUTs

Documentation has been developed which details the PCP functions
